Prague is the capital and the largest city of the Czech Republic. It is situated almost in the centre of the country and also Europe, therefore it is called (aside from a lot of other nicknames) „the Heart of Europe“.
There are about 1,2 million of inhabitants living in Prague and it is the 14th biggest city in Europe. Prague is also a very popular tourist destination. About 4,5 millon tourists visited Prague last year. But why is Prague so popular?
The answer is simple. There are a lot of things to do in Prague. You can spend hours and hours on sights, you can go to see some of the concerts going on daily in the city or (and that is the important thing) you can go to one of hundreds Prague’s pubs or clubs which are ready to please the needs and requirements of their visitors.
Night life
After sunset, Prague is far from falling asleep. The pubs and clubs are starting to serve their guests. You can visit variety of places, from traditional Czech pubs, bars and rock clubs to modern dance clubs and of course night clubs and cabarets with young and beautiful company waiting just for you so you can spend unrepeatable night full of amusement the way you like it.
You can find most of the pubs and clubs in the Old Town area (Staré Město), Lesser Town (Malá Strana) and New Town (Nové Město) but also in Holešovice or Žižkov.
The best time for visiting Prague is spring or indian-summer because the weather is most pleasant and you can enjoy the great Czech beer on one of the outside terraces and also the spirit of the town.
